Returns and Exchanges

Hello and thank you for ordering with Outdoor Southern! We are SO happy to serve you in any way we can, and want to make your Outdoor Southern experience the BEST. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully and thoroughly to ensure that ordering with us is always a happy experience!

 

 

 Important Things to Mention:

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after they are placed. If you need to modify an order, please refer to our exchange and return process.
  • Exchanges must be conducted within a 5 day period after the original order has been received.  After this time, an exchange will not be permitted.

Return and Exchange Policy & Process:

  • If you would like to make an exchange of any kind make sure to first contact support@outdoorsouthern.com  This is to ensure we still have the items you would like in exchange in stock and can be placed on hold for you.
  • Please return your unworn items, as well as a note containing your name, original order number, reason for exchange and what you would like in exchange to:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of a return. However, Outdoor Southern will cover the cost of shipping for the item being sent in exchange.
  • Please note that returned items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED and have the original hang tag in place.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return and 5-7 business days for your exchanged item to be processed and shipped to you.
  • Please include a note inside the package you send to us that contains your name, order number and what you are exchanging for. 

 Refund Policy:

  • Other than in the instance of a damaged item, Outdoor Southern does not offer refunds for any of our products.
  • If you would like to return a product, you can receive a store credit in exchange. Please email support@outdoorsouthern.com with this request.

 Store Credit Policy & Process:

  • If you would like to receive store credit in exchange for a product, please mail back your item to our address (listed in “Return and Exchange Policy & Process”) with a note containing your name, order number, reason of return and that you would like to receive a store credit.
  • All store credit codes will be emailed to the email address associated with your account on file.
  • When using a store credit code, enter the code in the “Gift Card and Discount Code” field upon checkout.

Problems with your order:

  • If you have received any products with damage or defects to your items, we will gladly replace them. In such cases, please contact  support@outdoorsouthern.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Please include a photo of the damages/defects in your product in your email.
  • We are not responsible for damages or defects caused by shipping and handling or incorrect sizing.

Holiday Exchange Policy:

  • All holiday items and apparel must be returned or exchanged by January 3rd.
  • Please refer to the “Return and Exchange Policy & Process” for instructions regarding the return of all holiday items.
